Reading List

My book recommendation list. Reading is one of my most cherished hobbies and one on which I invest a lot of time because it is very enriching. I am a great fan of Science Fiction and Fantasy, but am also open to more classical novel styles – only condition is that it is not a tragic story, because real life is tragic enough for us to waste more time reading tragic stories.
This list will be continuously updated as I add more material to my brain.

Fantasy
I only started reading Terry Pratchett two years, but I should have started long ago. His books are hilarious, with humor that only english (from the UK) people can have. Makes you laugh all the ime.

Science Fiction
This may look like a list of all of the Asimov books in Amazon, but he wrote something like 600+. He was my introduction to science fiction when I was like 10 or 11, and I got hooked :-) .

Orson Scott Card’s “Ender’s Game” is a real classic, but the follow up books became soft, like he was sorry that his first book was so militant. But they are still worth the time.

One of the sci-fi movies I remember the most is Dune. I don’t know why exactly but it just stuck in my mind, and this of course made me read the Dune Chronicles, which I really enjoyed.
